FAQs
1) What sizes do you have? All barefoot sandals are made with hand crocheted stretchable material to fit most. We offer only one size.
2) Do you accept returns? We will only accept a return if the order was shipped with your wrong selection. This needs to be done within three (3) days from receipt of your order. Due to sanitation reasons, we will NOT accept a barefoot sandal that has been worn.
3) How do I pay for my order? We use Pay Pal for all on line transactions through a secure server (SSL). Pay Pal allows you to make secure payments using your credit card, debit card or bank account (it is free to the consumer). We never have access to this information.
NO order will be processed until your payment has cleared. We do NOT share your personal information (name, address, etc.) with anyone.
You will receive a confirming e-mail once an order has been shipped.
4) How will my order be shipped? All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours from receipt of your cleared payment through Pay Pal. We ONLY ship within the United States.
Our FREE shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) and may take 3-5 days depending on where it is going.
